Returns & refunds
Any customer could use its withdrawal right during a period of fourteen (14) days from the 1st day of delivery for any purchase made at www.maisongermaine.com. After 14 days, the withdrawal option is terminated and the sale is final.
The product shall be returned with its original packaging, with the original labels attached, brand new, without any alterations nor being used or washed.
The client must fill the return form available in their personal account in the orders section:
- Connect to your account (upper side of your screen on the right)
- Choose "Order history and returns"
- Click on "Return"
- Print the document, where all instructions are given, and include it in your shipment.
In case the "Return" button doesn’t show it means the time for return has expired.
The return request will be confirmed by IPPL FRANCE to the client by email.

For France, returns are free-of-charge in France metropolitan ONLY using the prepaid shipment label.
For other countries, goods will be returned at the customer’s own expense at the following address:
Maison Germaine - CROSSLOG International, 104 Denis Papin, 77550 MOISSY CRAMAYEL, FRANCE.
If the client does not comply with these terms and conditions, including conditions of return or exchange, IPPL FRANCE will not be able to proceed with the refund.
Refunds are issued within a maximum of 8 days from time of the goods being received.
Returns are not possible on customized bags. Shipping expenses are not refund.
